I am super excited to share this retreat with you.
After being there last year, the only way to describe this experience is magical. It is truly amazing.
We will be staying in Bruzios, Brazil a magical spot about 2.5 hours outside of Rio de Janeiro.
Enjoy 8 days/7 nights with me in magical Bruzios Brazil. Our time together is all about transformation & healing all while taking the time to rest and rejuvenate mind, body and soul.
This trip is designed to nourish your soul and feed your body. There is daily yoga practice, but also plenty of time to eat, drink, explore and have some personal time.
A typical day starts fresh fruit and coffee. Some days begin with a hike but there is always yoga @ 9. A home cooked breakfast follows.
Then it's time to walk to the beach. Sit, swim, eat or shop with the vendors. It's a blast.
Head back to the house around 4 to get cleaned up followed by dinner.
After, maybe a sound bath, a ceremony or just hang out or go into town.
Town is a 3 mile cab ride away and filled with shops, restaurants and charming places to explore.
We will also have access to 2 local shamans who will be doing some special healing sessions including the offering of plant medicine if you should chose (extra fee for plant medicine other than cacao and hape.)
We will be staying at Mara Vilha Retreat Center. We will be the only ones staying at the resort so this will be a totally safe and special experience.

Trip Includes:
Daily organic breakfast and dinner all prepared by our private chef. Fresh fruit, nuts and water available all day.
Room with private bath (please indicate whether you need a single or double room when reserving).
Daily yoga practice, hikes, excursions, breath/soundbath workshops, flower bath, cacao and hape ceremonies.
All mats and props are also provided.
Round trip resort transport included. (We will depart as a group from RIO airport @ 10 am on Sunday 7/20. Please plan flights accordingly.)
Price does NOT include: flights, airport transfers, alcohol and brazil visa fee.
Plant medicine is available at an additional charge.

Prices start @ $1799 per person for shared rooms or $3450 for a single. This is for the whole week!
Prices goes up to $1999 per person after 10/31. Private room $3850.
ALL rooms have their own private bathroom.
Deposit of $500 to hold your spot. Payment in full required by 6/15/2025 otherwise your spot WILL be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Refund requests only accepted within 48 hours after initial deposit received. NO EXCEPTIONS!
