In addiziona to teaching yoga, I also offer spiritual services. Because while the physical practice of yoga does wonders for your entire body, I believe that real true healing comes from the inside out.
That means going deeper into ourselves to better understanding who we are, what we want, and what we need. It also means clearing out some stale energy that no longer serves.
