Enjoy 5 days/4 nights with me in magical, mystical central Mexico. Our time together is all about transformation & healing all while taking the time to rest and rejuvenate mind, body and soul.

This trip is designed to nourish your soul and feed your spirit. So while there will be plenty of time focusing on our personal practice, there will still be plenty of time to do as you like.

Day 1 

​

Arrive in Leon Guanajuato International Airport where we will be transported to beautiful San Miguel de Allende. We will be staying @ a luxury boutique inn with panoramic views that overlooks this historic city.

​

After we settle into our rooms, we will have an official reception and overview of our time together followed by an authentic Mexican dinner at our hotel.

​

Day 2 

​

Start your day with an authentic home cooked mexican breakfast (and trust me, these ladies can COOK!). The morning is then yours to get acclimated to the area. Feel free to explore town or simply relax with a massage in your room. In the afternoon, we will head to the countryside for a meditation and intention setting ceremony in order to set the stage for our evening's activity. A late lunch at an organic farm will follow.

In the evening, we will be visited by a Shaman at our hotel for a private sacred healing ceremony. 

​

Day 3 

​

Start your day with an early morning trip to La Gruta hot springs. We go early to avoid the crowds but also so we can truly partake of theses natural healing waters to help us integrate our healings from the prior evening. Going into the grotto early in the morning is an event not to be missed! Return back to the hotel for a late breakfast. 

​

The afternoon is then yours to explore all the sites in San Miguel or come along for an optional wine tasting in the surrounding area. The scenery alone makes the trip worthwhile.

​

In the early evening, we will depart before sunset to attend the Full Moon ceremony in the Botanical Gardens of San Miguel overlooking central Mexico. 

​

Day 4

​

Sleep in, rest and then enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Today is a full day to relax. Perhaps enjoy a massage or simply stroll the town. In the evening we will have private Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing at the hotel followed by a Farm to Table dinner to celebrate our final night together.

Day 5

​

On our last day together, we will head to the botanical gardens once again to experience this magical place in the daytime. It's beautiful, wild and filled with energy vortexes. It's the perfect space for us to hold a final meditation and sharing circle to exchange all we have learned. 

​

Return to the hotel for breakfast and checkout prior to our return home. 

​

Round trip airport transfers in Mexico to/from Leon Guanajuato airport to San Miguel de Allende.

$927 per person until 11/30/2020 then $1200 per person. A limited amount of private rooms are available upon request for an extra $72.

Deposit of $500 to hold your spot. Payment in full required by 2/15/2021 otherwise your spot WILL be released.

NOTE - Refunds only within 48 hours after initial deposit received. Otherwise, monies only refunded if spot is rebooked. ALL monies will be refunded if government imposed full shutdown of travel.

This past October 2017, I had the pleasure of attending Debby Dowling’ s Cabo San Lucas Yoga Retreat.... one word can sum up the entire weekend: AMAZING!
Every detail was clearly thought out and well planned.

 

Upon arriving in Cabo, our transportation was waiting to take us to our spectacular ocean view villa located in a private gated community. The villa offered clean and spacious accommodations for all of the attendees, most of us even had our own bathroom, and of course both a private pool and jacuzzi to use at our leisure. The outside patio provided a beautiful backdrop for our daily yoga practice, especially during the unbelievable sunrises. Our Private chef prepared several delicious and nutritious meals for us, with options for both vegetarians and meat eaters; there was always an abundance of healthy food choices, (and some goodies too)! The chips ,salsa and guacamole were to die for!!

Each day began with 90 minutes of yoga, with Debby breaking down and explaining poses, making adjustments helping us all deepen our practices. Besides yoga, Debby guided us in breathing exercises, mediations, as well as some journaling to help us to love and accept ourselves... and to set some personal goals to work towards. A very well balanced retreat forming and strengthening friendships, shedding tears together and sharing lots of laughter!

We even were able to explore some sights in Cabo San Lucas and experience some local food, culture and of course shopping!

Debby truly has a gift as not only a yoga instructor but also as a spiritual leader. Her calming and gentle demeanor always make you feel safe, accepted and loved. She has a unique ability to lift you up and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone. I left Cabo San Lucas feeling refreshed, recharged and eager to continue my journey. I look forward to joining Debby on another retreat in the future!!
